At Wooflab, your satisfaction and your dog's health are our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, outlined below.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you don't notice a meaningful improvement in your dog's energy, gut health, or immunity, you may request a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
You do not need to return the product.
Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are consumable wellness supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 60 days of delivery
- The item was purchased directly from wooflab.com.au
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with tampered or damaged packaging
- Subscription renewal orders that have already been processed
- Gifted or promotional items
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before sending items back.
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@wooflab.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Reason for the return
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Refunds for Approved Returns
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
