Thank you for choosing Wooflab. We're committed to delivering your one-time and subscription orders quickly and safely.


Processing Times

All orders — including subscription renewals — are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: 6–10 business days New Zealand: 6–12 business days

Delivery estimates apply to both one-time orders and subscription renewals.

Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, peak seasons, or remote areas.


Subscription Shipping

When your subscription renews, your order automatically enters our shipping queue.

A new tracking link is emailed every cycle.

To ensure your subscription ships to the correct address, any changes must be made 24 hours before your renewal inside your customer portal.

Wooflab is not responsible for subscription shipments sent to an outdated address if it was not updated before billing.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate.


Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement.


Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a reshipment fee.

Please double check your delivery address at checkout.
