By accessing or using trywooflab.com you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Wooflab.
2. Product Use
Wooflab Turkey Tail+ is a natural dog supplement.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease in animals or humans.
Always consult a veterinarian before use if your dog is on medication, pregnant, or has a serious health condition.
3. Purchases
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Pay all charges
- Not engage in fraudulent behaviour
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. Subscriptions
When you subscribe to Wooflab, you agree to recurring charges on your selected interval (every 30 days).
Subscription Terms:
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You authorise recurring payments until cancelled
- You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your customer portal
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before renewal
- Cancelling after renewal does not stop that shipment
Failed Payments:
If payment fails, our system will automatically retry. Your subscription may pause until payment is updated.
Price Changes:
Wooflab may update subscription pricing. If we do, you will be notified before your next billing cycle.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Wooflab is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer-provided incorrect addresses.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wooflab is not liable for:
- Improper use of supplements
- Carrier delays
- Website downtime
- Subscription renewals made before cancellation
- Losses caused by customer negligence or outdated information
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, product names, images, labels, and designs belong exclusively to Wooflab.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
