At Wooflab, we offer a flexible subscription service that allows you to receive Turkey Tail+ on a recurring basis with convenience and savings.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe, you'll be automatically billed on a recurring schedule for your chosen products at the frequency you select (every 30 days). Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it.
By starting a subscription, you agree to:
- Receive recurring shipments of the product you selected
- Be billed automatically on your chosen schedule
- Keep your payment information up to date
Billing & Notifications
We will send you:
- An order confirmation email after each payment
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details when your order is shipped
- Optional renewal reminder emails (if you opted in)
If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge your card. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Discounts & Price Changes
Any subscription discount applied at checkout will continue as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
Prices advertised at the time of your subscription may change for new subscribers, but price changes will not affect your existing upcoming renewal unless we notify you in advance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees apply to each subscription order and will be displayed at checkout.

- Change your renewal date
- Update your delivery address

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
